Work with me

rooted in safety, guided by pleasure

“Safety is the treatment” ~ Stephen Porges

NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Supports you with

  • Psycho-emotional symptoms such as : anxiety, stress, depression, dissociation, intense emotional instability, insomnia.
  • Physical symptoms such as: chronic fatigue, chronic pain and tension, irritable bowel syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), post-viral syndromes like long COVID and chronic Lyme disease, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), chronic candida, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines.

...and many other mind and body disorders.

What sessions look like

Sessions are a mix of top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (somatic) practices.

Cognitive practices include dialogue and teaching you how your nervous system works.

Somatic practices are a way of working with your body’s felt experience, rather than only with thoughts or words. Instead of talking about what’s happening, you’re invited to notice sensations inside your body - such as breath, tension, warmth, movement, or impulses - and gently respond to them. This might include simple movements, changes in posture, breathing, grounding, or paying attention to how your body reacts in the moment.

Approach & Frameworks

My trauma-informed approach is based on the principles of Polyvagal Theory, neuroscience, and Somatic Experiencing, and leverages neuroplasticity, your brain’s innate ability to re-wire.

It’s well known that regulating the nervous system can help with stress and emotional overwhelm. But there is growing evidence that it can also support the body in more physical ways, like easing pain or reducing inflammation. Our nervous system and immune system are deeply connected. When the nervous system is out of balance, the body can become hyper-alert, which sometimes triggers inflammation or pain even when there’s no immediate injury. Pain itself is a signal that the body senses danger. If the nervous system feels unsafe, the body can misread that as a threat and send pain signals.

By supporting nervous system regulation, we create a sense of safety in the body. This doesn’t just help you feel calmer emotionally, it can also help your body feel safer, reducing pain and inflammation.

The aim is first to bring you back to a resourced state, and then to work at the roots of your patterns, for long-term well-being.

EMBODIMENT

Supports you with

  • Transformation: personal, professional, relational, or life transitions. Embodiment is especially powerful in bringing clarity to your real values and desires, increasing self-awareness without overthinking, and supporting you in aligning your actions and behaviors with what truly matters to you—often with surprising ease.
  • Depression, demotivation, dissociation, and disconnection. Embodiment creates the conditions for a felt sense of aliveness and creativity, as well as a grounded experience of presence and belonging in your body and in the world.
  • Stress, anxiety, and burn-out. Embodiment is a deeply restorative practice that supports relaxation, nourishment, and pleasure. It also offers holistic support for issues such as insomnia, chronic pain, fatigue, and digestive imbalances.
  • Reclaiming sensuality and embodied pleasure. This work invites you to listen to your body, reconnect with your senses, and cultivate a more luscious, liberated way of living.
  • Emotional and behavioral repatterning. Especially supportive if you’ve already done therapy or inner work and understand the “why” behind your patterns, but still struggle to feel better or act differently. Embodiment works directly with lived experience, helping change happen where insight alone may not.

What sessions look like

We usually begin with a short check-in, then move into guided movement, which may include breath, self-touch, and voice. I offer prompts and gentle questions while you move and respond intuitively, following what feels right for your body in the moment. Sessions can take place with or without music. We close with a phase of integration through dialogue, allowing insights and experiences to settle and make sense.

Approach & Frameworks

My approach is based on the Deep Body model, which describes the body not merely as a person’s physical form, but as an integrated union of physical, emotional, cognitive, intuitive, archetypal, sensual, and expressive dimensions.

The Deep Body Movement Method® is a trauma-informed somatic modality that activates all the layers of the body and puts them in communication with each other, allowing you to access the primal wisdom of your whole body. The method blends somatic awareness, conscious and intuitive dance, journeying, archetypal psychology, somatic experiencing, and nature-based practices.

Practical Details

  • Session length: 75 min

  • Language: English or Italian
  • Online on Zoom. You will need a computer and a private space to move

  • Frequency: once per week or once every two weeks, depending on your needs.

  • Pricing: 60 € per session (will increase in 2027). Every 10 sessions, one is free of charge.

What sessions look like

This is a non-judgmental, inclusive, and consent-based space, where you can talk openly about sex, relationships, identity, fantasies, concerns, or questions, at your own pace. You decide what you want to share and what you don’t. Nothing is forced or expected.

A session typically involves:
- Talking about your experiences, questions, or challenges
- Exploring thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns around sex and relationships
- Learning accurate, shame-free sexual education
- Reflecting on how your body, mind, relationships, and history interact
- Somatic and embodiment tools can be included upon request.

Note: there is no physical examination or sexual interaction.

Approach & Frameworks

I draw from sexology, relationship counselling, body liberation and pleasure activism, somatic and embodiment-based tools, and trauma-informed frameworks, always adapting my work to each person’s unique context, identities, and relationships. I do not believe in working toward a predetermined outcome or a single idea of what “healthy” or “successful” looks like. Instead, our work focuses on curiosity, awareness, and choice, supporting you in discovering what feels authentic, sustainable, and good for you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Flexible & Integrative Work

I offer different ways to work together, described in more detail below. You can book a single modality or choose a flexible, integrative approach where we combine different tools to best support your needs. Our work is always shaped by what feels most relevant for you, allowing for a personalized and responsive experience.

Scope & Professional Boundaries

My approach is trauma-informed and science-based, but I am not a medical doctor or a psychotherapist, and working with me does not replace medical or psychological care. Depending on your situation, working with me can stand alone or serve as a powerful complement to medical or psychological therapy, supporting your process in ways that conventional care often doesn’t address.

Depth Over Fixed Packages

One-off sessions are possible for specific questions or explorations. However, deeper and lasting change usually takes time and consistency. I do not offer fixed session packages so our work can evolve organically, guided by your needs rather than a predetermined number of sessions. Instead of packages I offer discounts to repeat customers.

Transparent & Experience-Based Pricing

The pricing of my services reflects my level of experience in each area. I have over 3 years of professional experience as a Sexologist, which is why this service is priced at a higher rate. I completed my certifications in Embodiment and Nervous System Regulation in 2025, and these modalities are therefore offered at a lower, more accessible rate throughout 2026. In 2027, their prices will be adjusted to standard market rates.

How does it work?

There will also be the opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have. Book HERE.
