INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC BODYWORK
Supports you with
Integrative Somatic Bodywork is much more than a massage: it's embodied transformation through somatic exploration.
Together, we explore how particular experiences - from childhood, relationships, illness, loss, transitions, or other significant moments - may still show up in the way you experience yourself physically and emotionally today. We might notice patterns of tension, bracing, collapse, numbness, or ease, and discover what becomes possible when we meet these sensations with curiosity and in a relational way. Over time, this may support greater self-awareness, embodied choice, and a deeper sense of being at home in your body.
Many clients come because they are navigating chronic
pain, physical tension, stress, or the ongoing impact
of illness.
Others are moving through significant life
transitions.
This work may also resonate with people who have spent years
prioritising everyone else's needs while
becoming disconnected from their own needs, desires,
and instincts.
I feel especially drawn to working with women as they navigate the profound transitions that shape a lifetime. Whether it's menarche, pregnancy and the postpartum period, changes in sexuality, relationships, heartbreak, motherhood, or menopause, these moments can invite us to renegotiate our relationship with our bodies, our identities, and the world around us. If desired, our work can also become a ceremonial space: an intentional pause to honour a transition, mark a threshold, release what is ready to be left behind, or welcome what is emerging.
Whatever brings you here, our work begins with curiosity rather than judgement, and with the understanding that your body has been doing its very best to support you all along.
What sessions look like
Every session is unique and shaped collaboratively around your needs, intentions, and preferences.
The session is based on gentle, consent-based touch, and depending on what feels appropriate it may include guided somatic explorations, visualisation exercises, movement, breath, nervous system education, sound massage, energy work, time for reflection and conversation. When desired, sessions may also incorporate handcrafted botanical preparations - including infused oils, tinctures, and ritual perfumes - that I create myself to support different aspects of the work. Depending on your needs and consent, sessions may include techniques such as myofascial release, TMJ + intra-oral work, visceral manipulation, lymphatic techniques, and breast massage.
Rather than applying force to "fix" the body, I begin by listening to what is already present. We often start with the more superficial layers of the fascia, allowing your body time to settle and respond before naturally inviting deeper layers of tissue to become available. Nothing is forced. Change is supported through trust, slowness, and collaboration rather than pressure.
Because this is slow, attentive work, sessions last a minimum of 90 minutes. Even when working with deep tissue, the work is never painful. You should not find yourself bracing, holding your breath, or trying to “get through” a session. Instead, I follow your body’s signals, creating the conditions for your nervous system to discover new possibilities without overriding its protective responses. When change arises from within, it can feel more integrated, sustainable, and truly your own.
Approach & Frameworks
A central component of my approach is Sovereign Touch: a hands-on bodywork methodology inspired by osteopathic principles, massage therapy, holistic pelvic care, and Core Energetics (a type of body-oriented psychotherapy). It combines mindful touch with somatic emotional exploration to support a deeper awareness of the relationship between physical patterns, sensations, and emotional experiences.
Building on Sovereign Touch Bodywork, I weave nervous system education, sound, energy work, and Earth medicine into a personalised approach that responds to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Rather than applying techniques to parts of a body, I work with the whole person. Sessions are collaborative, consent-led, and responsive to what emerges in the moment.
Practical Details
Hands-on bodywork is offered on a massage table. You are invited to undress to the extent that feels comfortable for you, and your body is professionally draped throughout the session so that only the area being worked on is exposed. Every aspect of the session is collaborative, and together we will choose the approach that best supports your comfort, dignity, and sense of safety.
If we choose to work with a Sound Massage instead, the practical setup is different. You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a mat on the floor. The session is entirely touch-free, apart from the gentle placement of Himalayan singing bowls on or around the body. Their vibrations and sounds become the primary medium through which the session unfolds.
Sessions take place in different locations across Hamburg. I primarily work from the beautiful Heilgarten, as well as other carefully selected studio spaces. If you prefer the comfort and convenience of your own home, I also offer mobile sessions, provided there is suitable parking nearby and, for apartments above the ground floor, lift access.
As I am currently completing the final case studies required for my Sovereign Touch certification, I am offering a reduced introductory rate:
- €150 for a single 90-minute session
- €400 for a package of four 90-minute sessions, offering the opportunity to journey through the four spirals of this work: cranium, jaw (including TMJ and intra-oral work), breast, and belly. Each session is a complete full-body experience, from head to toe, while holding a different area of focus and exploration.
These prices will remain available until I complete my certification.
This work is not a replacement for medical treatment, physiotherapy, or psychotherapy, but may complement existing care.

INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC COACHING
A 3-month journey back to yourself
This container is for people who long to feel more at home in their bodies, move through life with greater ease, and create lasting change from the inside out. Rather than focusing only on symptoms or insight, we work with your nervous system, your body, and your lived experience, supporting greater regulation, resilience, embodiment, and aliveness.
Three Pillars of Integrative Somatic Coaching
Every journey is different, but my work tends to support clients in one or more of these three interconnected areas:
Stabilisation – cultivating safety, regulation, and resilience.
Integration – transforming insight into embodied change.
Expansion – reconnecting with vitality, authenticity, pleasure, and purpose.
Wherever you begin, the process is shaped around your needs and may naturally evolve over time.
Supports you with
STABILISATION
- Psycho-emotional symptoms such as (but not limited to): anxiety, stress, depression, numbness, emotional instability, insomnia, brain fog.
- Physical symptoms that are exacerbated by stress and neuroinflamation, such as (but not limited to): chronic fatigue, chronic pain (especially when of neuroplastic origin), tension, irritable bowel syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), post-viral syndromes like long COVID and chronic Lyme disease, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), chronic candida, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS, hEDS).
It’s well known that regulating the nervous system can help with stress and emotional overwhelm. But there is growing evidence that it can also support the body in more physical ways, like easing pain or reducing inflammation. Our nervous system and immune system are deeply connected. When the nervous system is out of balance, the body can become hyper-alert, which sometimes triggers inflammation or pain even when there’s no immediate injury. Pain itself is a signal that the body senses danger. If the nervous system feels unsafe, the body can misread that as a threat and send pain signals.
By supporting nervous system regulation, we create a sense of safety in the body. This doesn’t just help you feel calmer emotionally, it can also help your body feel safer, reducing pain and inflammation.
INTEGRATION
- Emotional and behavioral repatterning. Especially supportive if you’ve already done therapy or inner work and understand the “why” behind your patterns, but still struggle to feel better or act differently. Integrative Somatic Coaching works directly with lived experience, helping change happen where insight alone may not.
EXPANSION
- Transformation: whether you are moving through personal, professional, relational, or life transitions, this work invites you to reconnect with what truly matters. Through embodied awareness, you can access greater clarity around your values and desires, move beyond overthinking, and begin aligning your choices and actions with your authentic direction.
- Reclaiming sensuality and embodied pleasure. This work invites you to listen to your body, reconnect with your senses, and cultivate a more luscious, liberated way of living.
What sessions look like
The coaching sessions are a mix of top-down (cognitive) and bottom-up (somatic) practices.
Cognitive practices include dialogue and teaching you how your nervous system works.
Somatic practices are a way of working with your body’s felt experience, rather than only with thoughts or words. Instead of talking about what’s happening, you’re invited to notice sensations inside your body - such as breath, tension, warmth, movement, or impulses - and gently respond to them. This might include movements, changes in posture, breathing, grounding, or paying attention to how your body reacts in the moment.
Approach & Frameworks
My work is trauma-informed and integrates Nervous System work, Somatic Experiencing, the Deep Body® Embodiment Method, neuroscience, and contemporary understanding of neuroplasticity.
I view the body as an integrated whole where physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, imagination, intuition, and expression continuously influence one another. Through gentle, embodied practices we create conditions for greater regulation, presence, self-awareness, and resilience.
As your nervous system becomes more resourced and flexible, many people notice they relate differently to stress, emotions, relationships, and their physical experience.
While nervous system regulation often provides an important foundation, it is not the final destination. Depending on your intentions, our work may focus on cultivating greater stability, integrating long-standing patterns, expanding your capacity for connection and aliveness - or move fluidly between these as your process unfolds.
